I am honoured to have been invited to cook at special events in the past, and am always happy to discuss collaborating with you to help to create something truly unique. I only use the finest ingredients I can lay my hands on, and that invariably showcases local and organic meat, fish and vegetables. I like to source my ingredients from a handful of producers and create meals around the best that they have on offer. As such, our menus and recipes change all the time, and of course, change significantly with the seasons.
